We are looking for an exceptional Assistant HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) to join our Central Services Team to provide day to day HR support across Inspiration Trust Academies as part of a successful team in a growing Trust.

The main responsibility of the role will be:
Working closely with the People Manager and HR Advisors in a generalist support role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Providing an excellent administration service with full legal and best practice compliance.
Supporting HR casework.
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the Trust.
The ideal candidate will have:
CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified to level 3.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Administrative experience in a school setting.
Experience of working in a busy HR environment.
Experience of supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in relation to HR.
Experience of change management.
A passion for education and changing lives for the better.
