Your next role




The Council is opening up opportunities to play a key role in the Council's people change programmes, supporting the delivery of the Council's Swindon 2028 plan.


Working alongside HR colleagues and the wider organisation, these roles will help provide controls, governance and support to successfully deliver and embed people centred change strategies Council wide. Ensuring the whole workforce is supported and workforce implications are anticipated, planned, sustainable, and effectively managed for the Council.


Working within ones of these roles, will create opportunities to influence and develop how as a Council we manage and support our workforce through change, making a real change within the Council and for the service we provide our communities and residents.


Please note: This role is being offered on a

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

basis.


You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer-facing role").
