Job Role - Case Auditing and Quality Control

We are looking for a driven, detail orientated individual to join our new case auditing team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the companies standards remain high, and that our work continues to meet compliance and quality expectations. Using our auditing guidelines, you will methodically work through unique cases and determine the level to which the case has been managed. This involves reviewing file handler correspondence with clients and lenders, along with assessing the overall management of each case.

This work is crucial for identifying patterns, refining our internal processes, and maintaining trust in the quality of our service. The insights gathered through auditing will also contribute to training AI models designed to manage cases and interact with customers effectively in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Review case files against a defined set of auditing criteria. Record outcomes (e.g., pass/fail ratings) and assign relevant quality scores. Provide concise and constructive notes and commentary for each case. Identify recurring trends, potential issues, and opportunities for training or improvement. Collaborate with team leaders to maintain consistency in assessments.

Skills and Experience Required

Excellent attention to detail. Strong written communication skills for notetaking and feedback. Comfortable working independently and managing repetitive tasks efficiently. Experience in case handling, auditing, compliance, or quality assurance is beneficial but not essential. Good time management and organisational skills.
