Role Description
This is a freelance hybrid role as an Assistant to support day-to-day activities for Jamie Amos. The role is based in Redhill, Surrey, with flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include organizing schedules, admin roles, handling communication with collaborators, helping manage logistics for projects, and providing general administrative support.
Experience/Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage schedules and coordinate with collaborators. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including managing emails, calendars, and project logistics. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to support both creative and operational aspects. Experience in the music industry is a must, 4+ years Proficiency in standard office software; knowledge of digital tools for project management and communication is advantageous. Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment. Prior experience in an assistant role or a related field is essential.
This is a freelance role, not paid per hour, paid per project.
Interview process will be done in 2-3 steps.
