Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm
Salary: 10-14 per hour depending on age
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Assistant Kitchen & Bedroom Fitter to our team. This is a hands-on role working alongside our experienced fitter on residential kitchen and bedroom installations.
This position is ideal for someone looking to develop practical skills and progress within the fitting and joinery trade.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the fitting of kitchens, bedrooms, and fitted furniture
Supporting lead fitters on site with daily tasks
Loading/unloading materials and tools
Carrying out basic carpentry and fitting work as instructed
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good punctuality and reliability
Basic hand tool knowledge (preferred but not essential)
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
Full UK driving licence preferred
