We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our flagship store in Brighton.
The Brighton site has been one of our busiest and most successful sites to date and requires a strong manager to lead front of house teams and back of house in the Head Chef/GMs absence. It currently runs a take-away led restaurant service with a focus on stand-out quality and service.

We continually develop menus and team members to take the brand into an exciting future.
Tasks will include (but not limited to):
Managing shifts
Maintaining brand standards
Staff management (recruitment and administration)
Budget control (Labor and Cost of Sale)
Weekly administration (Invoicing and payroll)
Weekly reporting of figures, budgets and takings
Customer feedback control
Stock control (with help from Head Chef)
Ordering (wet and dry lines)
Food safety monitoring
Stock Taking
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, staff and budgets. Managing on a week by week basis to control staff, product output and maintain brand standards.

Experience:
At least 2 years experience in an assistant manager role or higher preferably within a branded establishment.
Personal Qualities:
The most important quality is strong but fair. The site can get exceptionally busy during peak hours and to remain calm and collected while keeping control of the team is vital.
You'll be expected to take control while taking direction where needed. An understanding of management decisions from above and below will go a long way and will play a vital role in your development.
Pay and Bonus:
Starting from 30,000
45-48 hour variable working week
