We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Letting Agent to join our lettings team.
As part of a dynamic and experienced team, your role will combine both administrative and lettings responsibilities.
Duties Include:
Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
Managing and updating the property management system with accurate records and data
Drafting and processing tenancy agreements, renewal documentation, and referencing paperwork
Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Organising safety checks, inspections, and compliance documentation (e.g., gas safety, EPCs)
Supporting the Letting Agent and Branch Manager with various admin tasks to keep things running smoothly
Carry out property inspections, inventories and check-outs
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in lettings or estate agency is ideal, but not essential as full training will be provided
A background in administration, customer service, or sales is a great foundation
Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle tasks and stay organised under pressure
Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
A full UK driving licence is essential
What We Offer You
Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
One in Saturday working, 9am - 1pm
