Assistant Locality Manager in Beverley
16.47 per hour

You will support the Locality Manager to ensure we provide a high quality service to the people we support. You will undertake a variety of delegated management tasks and will deputise for the Locality Manager during their absence.
There will be a requirement to work as part of a rota, this could include sleep-in duties. There will also be a requirement to take part in an on-call rota.

About you
You already have proven professional qualities, including:

• Experience of working with people with a wide range of needs, for example, autism and complex learning disabilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the personalisation agenda and active support provision
• The willingness to work towards a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Leadership and Management for Care Services
