We are looking for a passionate and reliable Macaron Baker to join our bakery team on a maternity cover basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves baking and wants to learn the art of making high-quality French macarons in a professional kitchen.
Hours:
up to 24 hours per week (part-time)
Shifts Monday - Thursday 9am - 3/4pm
6 months cover starting April 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning and producing macarons from start to finish
Preparing macaron shells
Making a variety of fillings (ganache, buttercreams, curds, etc.)
Decorating and finishing macarons to a high standard
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
Supporting the wider bakery team as needed
What We're Looking For:
A genuine interest in baking and patisserie
Willingness to learn and follow recipes precisely
Good attention to detail
Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team
Previous baking experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided
