The role of an Assistant Maitre d':

Assist the reception team with seating plans and support the floor team with relaying tables for smooth management of turn times.
Anticipate guests' needs by timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen - be proud to act as a point of contact!
Contribute hands-on to a smooth service, warmly engaging with guests from door to table - you are our greatest asset!
