Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a business based in central Bristol. This is a 6 month fixed term contract and can be full or part-time hours.
Role: Assistant Management Accountant
Location: Bristol
Working pattern & hours: This role can either be full or part-time hours. The hybrid working is 1-2 days per week in the office
Start date: ASAP
Money: 30,000
Responsibilities:

• Assisting in production of management accounts - accruals, prepayments, journals etc
• Reconciliations - Bank and controlled accounts
• Assisting with various reporting - forecast vs actuals
• Assisting with budgets

Skills/experience needed:

• Previous experience in calculating accruals and prepayments to assist in monthly management accounts
• Ideally part qualified ACCA/CIMA however open to QBE/AAT or actively studying either AAT/CIMA/ACCA
• Proficient in Excel - VLOOKUP/Pivot table ability
• Team player
• "Can do" attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent accuracy and high attention to detail
• Experience if working in a charity - Desirable but not essential
