Salary: \xc2\xa335,000 - \xc2\xa345,000 DOE + Hybrid Working, Study Support and Pension

Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant for a global and instantly recognisable company based in Warrington. Our client Is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has previous Assistant Management Accounting experience to join their dynamic and growing finance function in one of Europe\'s largest businesses on a full time, permanent basis.

As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be mentored, trained and work alongside the Finance Manager to provide Commercial and Financial support to the Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams. You will be working within an established team, carrying out varied duties including, forecasting, assisting with accounts payable and receivable alongside and progressing to other duties below.

General responsibilities as an Assistant Management Accountant include: -

• Assist in the preparation of the forecast and budget
• Accurate reporting of operating costs v budget and investigation of variances
• Preparing Month End Reports for approval
• Ensuring that all financial control processes are adhered to
• Submitting concise and accurate reports to group
• Partnering with the group Finance Department
• Ad hoc duties required by the Finance Manager

The suitable Assistant Management Accountant will have the following:

• Part-Qualified CIMA/ACCA or AAT Qualified
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly motivated to deliver high-quality and accurate work
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Works efficiently and calmly under pressure
• Ability to plan and organise workload
• Proficient in Excel with experience of using VLook Ups, Pivot Tables and Formulas

You will possess clear and concise communication skills with an attitude to learn and a willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally whilst working independently.
