We're looking for an

Assistant Management Accountant

to support our

Group HR Leadership Team

with high-quality financial insight, reporting and analysis.


This is a high-exposure role, perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment and enjoys driving better business decisions through finance.

What you'll be doing

Acting as a trusted partner to the

Group HR Director

and leadership team Leading the monthly forecasting and annual budget processes for the HR function Preparing monthly management accounts:

P&L, balance sheet

, variance analysis and insightful commentary Producing monthly reporting packs for cost centre managers, and contributing to quarterly business reviews Ensuring compliance with

SOX

requirements and internal controls Running monthly budget reviews with HR to assess

risks, opportunities

, and forecast accuracy

What we're looking for

Strong finance background - qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Experience in

management accounting, business partnering

or FP&A Able to explain financials to non-finance stakeholders clearly and confidently Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working to tight deadlines Previous experience supporting HR or central functions is a plus, but not essential
