Assistant Management Accountant Role Overview
NC Associates are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on behalf of our client based in Knowsley. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who will be joining an international organisation and will get excellent career development within the business. As the Assistant Management Accountant you will be working closely with and reporting to the Finance Manager.
Assistant Management Accountant Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation and posting of journals - accruals and prepayments
- Fixed asset processes
- Production reporting including various variance analysis.
- Month end reporting.
- VAT returns
- A professional accounting qualification or part-qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional focus on accuracy and detail in all aspects of financial work.
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Ambition and drive to grow with the business
- Exceptional communication skills
