Job Description
This permanent position in Knutsford requires a detail-oriented professional with knowledge of working in a month end finance role.
- Completing all balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing accruals and prepayments
- Monthly stock reconciliation
- Preparation and posting of all nominal ledger journals
- Ad hoc and periodic analysis to support decision aking
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Cash Flow forecasting
- Assist with VAT return
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA - Or have equivalent experience - Essential
- Knowledge of working in a month end finance role - Essential
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Competitive salary ranging from 35,000-45,000
