ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNT MANAGER

What You'll Be Doing:

Accurately process high volumes of supplier invoices in line with company procedures and deadlines

Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure full accuracy and compliance

Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies and proactively resolve invoice queries

Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Maintain and update supplier records to keep all information accurate and up to date

Assist the wider finance team with month-end reporting, reconciliations and general finance tasks

Organising engineer diaries via Job Management software whilst keeping clients updated and informed, providing first class customer service

Stock management including purchasing to ensure engineers have the capability to provide quick response times

What We're Looking For:

High attention to detail and accuracy when working with numerical data

Previous experience in a similar accounts or transactional finance role

A determination to provide our clients with an exceptional service through regular communication and building relationships

Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills

A collaborative, proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude

A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges in a fast-moving environment

Salary

Circa 30,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
