CareTech's Finance team is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us as an Assistant Management Accountant, based at our Parkview site in Uxbridge.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a fast-paced, supportive, and evolving finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in the preparation of monthly management accounts and contribute to the smooth running of our financial operations across a large and complex organisation.


You'll be working closely with divisional finance leads, preparing key reconciliations, reviewing journals, and assisting with the year-end process, including external audits. It's a varied and hands-on role offering valuable exposure across the business.


What We're Looking For:




Part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / AAT) or actively studying Strong Excel and financial systems skills Excellent organisational and communication abilities A detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines Previous experience in a multi-site organisation is desirable but not essential
