Summary

We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our team at our head office in Ipswich. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance while contributing to our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports to support decision-making. Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes to align with company goals. Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role in a retail or distribution environment. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting. Ability to mentor and guide junior staff effectively. Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments.
