Beauty Outlet is an exciting beauty and cosmetics retailer who is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager for our store at The Junction, Antrim. Successful candidate would be expected to work 40 hours minimum a week and be fully flexible with working hours.

This position does include working weekends.

Interviews to be held on Friday 25th and Tuesday 29th April at Beauty Outlet, Antrim

The candidate should:

Be confident with a bubbly personality Be passionate about beauty and cosmetics Be willing to put the customer first and share our passion for helping them look and feel great Have proven track records of delivering sales and retail targets Have previous Store Management experience Have the ability to train and coach the store team Be a strong leader Be determined to succeed Have a hands on approach to managing a store Be prepared to work weekends & late night trading hours when needed
