Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in supervising, motivating and training staff members
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Manage sales activities and meet sales targets
- Provide leadership and support to achieve operational excellence
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support in organizing store promotions and events
Experience:
- Proven experience in team management and supervising roles
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide the team
- Sales management experience with the ability to sell products effectively
- Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently

45 hours a week contract
Must be available weekends and Bank Holidays
No late nights, as we do not open evenings

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
