Assistant Manager.

OTE 35,920 - 38,920.

We're on the hunt for a lively and authentic Assistant Manager to join us. There's a lot of love for The Old Frizzle in the local community. It's a cracking pub.

As our Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.

Who are You?

You're passionate about creating meaningful connections with the guests and the team You love developing people and seeing their personal growth You're keen to drive the financial performance of the business alongside the General Manager and the Management team to achieve The Old Frizzle's KPIs and budgets.

- Other qualities we highly value are the ability to bring the fun, ideas-a-plenty and great decision making.

You'll bring with you your previous relevant Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience in a 15k + pub, bar or restaurant. Our ideal Assistant Manager candidate will have food-led and/or outdoor/garden experience. Previous experience working with sport whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.

This is a role where you will work in a fantastic, independent pub alongside a highly experienced General Manager as part of an established, brilliant team.

What we are offering

A competitive salary up of 30,420- 33,420 based on your experience + tronc + Bonus Additional tronc/service payments - in region of a further 5.5K making

OTE up to 38,920k

700 a quarter bonus pot
