Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery. Lead and train team members in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and hospitality standards. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to guarantee a safe dining experience for customers. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance team development. Implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Collaborate with upper management to develop promotional initiatives and enhance the overall guest experience. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with hands-on experience in food preparation and cooking. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in quick service restaurants or similar environments is highly desirable. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
