We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies. You\xe2\x80\x99ll brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on campaign results. In this role, you should be creative and results-oriented. An analytical mind and research skills are essential to this job. If you\xe2\x80\x99re also an excellent communicator and team player, we\xe2\x80\x99d like to meet you. Your goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness through effective marketing plans and campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to identify brand objectives and strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze the company\'s brand
• Propose and implement innovative ideas for marketing initiatives
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions
• Facilitate collaboration among sales, product development, and other teams
• Monitor budgets with a focus on maximising returns and minimising costs
• Evaluate industry, competition, and market trends
• Generate reports on brand performance and sales

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; Master\xe2\x80\x99s/MBA is a plus
• Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning
• Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices
• A creative mindset
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data
• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Results-driven attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate Salary: \xc2\xa326,516.00-\xc2\xa328,480.00 per year Benefits:
