, you will report directly to the FOH Manager and be responsible for leading and line-managing our Team Leaders, Servers, and Food Runners. You'll drive standards, support daily operations, and help create a collaborative, forward-thinking culture that brings the best out of our team -- and our business.
Duties
Line manage and mentor Team Leaders, Servers, and Food Runners
Work closely with the FOH Manager to oversee the full front-of-house operation
Foster an open, supportive team culture where ideas are encouraged, explored, and actioned
Take ownership of staff training and development, ensuring optimum performance and morale
Lead by example during service and help implement consistent high standards
Plan and manage team rotas, shift cover, and staffing changes with foresight
Help drive innovation across the venue -- from service flow to promotional ideas
Collaborate with the kitchen to build a united "one team" culture across the entire floor
Attend and contribute to team meetings, driving actions to completion
Support the FOH Manager in reporting, documentation, and day-to-day admin
Assist with marketing content creation and social media planning
Be present during filming and media shoots, liaising with videographers and creatives
Requirements
Previous experience as a senior server, team leader or supervisor in a high-end dining environment
Proven leadership experience in premium hospitality environments
Naturally collaborative, open-minded, and encouraging of new ideas
A hands-on leader who is equally strategic and operational
Passionate about people development and training
Confident managing a diverse team and navigating busy shifts
Solution-focused and comfortable taking initiative
Some knowledge of or interest in social media content creation is a plus
Able to multitask between service, team management, and administrative duties
Positive energy, strong emotional intelligence, and an eye for detail
