Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Service
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service from opening to close
Support the General Manager in implementing and maintaining SOPs
Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance
Manage bookings, walk-ins, and VIP guest experiences
Help plan and execute special events and cabaret shows
Team Leadership
Supervise, motivate, and lead front-of-house staff during shifts
Provide on-the-floor training, coaching, and performance feedback
Manage staff rotas and shift cover in collaboration with the GM
Customer Experience
Act as the face of the venue during service, resolving any guest issues promptly
Encourage a lively and inclusive atmosphere that aligns with the cabaret theme
Build strong rapport with regulars and ensure VIPs receive outstanding service
Stock & Bar Management
Assist in inventory checks and stock ordering
Ensure bar set-up and breakdown procedures are followed
Monitor wastage, stock levels, and cleanliness standards
