The range of responsibilities will include:
Order Fulfilment Product Listings Stock Management Taking customer orders over the phone Replying to customer email requests Packing and Shipping
Key Skills:
Knowledge of customer service best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable using Microsoft E-commerce experience preferable
