```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor food production and quality to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective staff management and customer interactions
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and restaurant operations

- Attention to detail to ensure quality control and consistency in food production
- Experience in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus
