Cafe Assistant Manager

Belfast City Center

Hours:

Full-time | Daytime hours | No late nights or weekend work. Hours can be negotiated and we can consider anything between 34 -40hrs depending on your preference.

We're looking for a

positive, hands-on Cafe Assistant Manager

to help lead our busy catering business and friendly cafe in the heart of Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who a fast paced work environment, loves people and being part of a close-knit team.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of Snax, leading the team from the front and helping deliver an excellent customer experience every day.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting daily cafe operations and service Leading, motivating and training FOH and sandwich preparation staff Ensuring high standards of customer service, food safety and cleanliness Assisting with staff rotas, breaks and cover Handling customer queries confidently and professionally Supporting stock control, deliveries and ordering Stepping up to run shifts in the Manager's absence
About You

Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality supervisor/ managerial role A natural leader with a friendly, calm approach Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a very fast-paced environment Passionate about customer service and team culture Confident working on your feet, delegating and leading by example Food hygiene certification an advantage

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
