Qualifications

Previous experience as a Barista. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage recipes. Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards customers and colleagues alike.

Assist manager with day-to-day senior duties such as due diligence, ordering, scheduling, and team development.
