Job Description

A store supervisor role, advising and assisting with picture framing sales.

Serving customers for bespoke orders and off-the-shelf purchases.

The position would be approx. 27 - 30 hours per week, with additional hours covering staff holidays. Hours could also increase during busy periods.

The role will involve working with a small team:

Assisting customers with picture framing requirements.

Liaising with our workshop and with customers regarding bespoke framing orders.

Communicating updates to the team regarding frame mouldings and other aspects of the framing process.

Managing delays and amendments to bespoke orders.

Updating spreadsheets for bespoke orders.

Monitoring stock levels for frames, mirrors and decor items - and replenishing.

Updating shop displays, including window display.

An interest in art and creativity is important in this role.

Training provided for the successful applicant.
