Key responsibilities of Assistant Manager:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead by example, providing outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
Assist with staff scheduling, payroll management, and inventory control.
Maintain a high level of communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Ensure the restaurant is always well-prepared, clean, and presentable for service.
Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.

Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a quick-service restaurant.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
