We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Assist in food preparation and cooking, adhering to established recipes and standards. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to meet operational needs. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. Train new employees on food production techniques, hospitality standards, and customer service protocols. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and improve service offerings. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management. Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
