Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant or establishment. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations. Manage inventory and assist with food production to meet customer demands. Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns promptly. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency. Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained properly and safely used by staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required. Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both staff and customers. Experience in kitchen operations or barista duties is advantageous.
