We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team at the Brewery Tap in Chester. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service and quality dining experiences, ensuring that our guests enjoy every visit.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Supervise staff and foster a positive team environment. Oversee food preparation and maintain high standards of food safety. Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and specials. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong skills in food preparation and cooking. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service best practices. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.
