We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at the Brewery Tap in Chester. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests, aligning with our commitment to quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery Supervise and train staff to uphold service excellence Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience Support management in strategic planning and execution of events.

Qualifications
