We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our homes that cares for and supports children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in one of our residential homes.

Rowan House - Located in Thornton, our home accommodates up to 4 young people aged 8 to 18. It is conveniently situated near Thornton Road with regular bus services and limited on-site parking available. We have excellent links to Bradford city centre, Halifax city centre, and our local high street.

It provides a safe, supportive environment for children who require care away from their family setting. The home focuses on creating a nurturing atmosphere where young people can develop life skills, receive emotional support, and work towards positive outcomes. Staff are dedicated to promoting well-being, education, and personal growth, ensuring each child feels valued and cared for.


We are recruiting for an innovative and aspirational Registered Children's Homes Manager. Someone who is dedicated, creative, highly professional, and caring, with the passion to provide exceptional care for residential childcare in Bradford.

About the role

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to assist the Registered Children's Homes Manager in providing excellent leadership for our home. You will be experienced, dedicated, highly professional, and caring, with the passion to provide exceptional care and experiences for our children.

What we expect from you

Minimum of a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Residential Childcare. Experience of caring for children and young people, in a residential or short breaks setting. Experience of supervising staff. Someone that is flexible to the needs of the home.
