Duties

Coordinate food production activities, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of dishes.

Support the management team in inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Implement training programs for new employees on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service skills.
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Culinary experience or formal training in food preparation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations is required.
Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality is beneficial.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is crucial for maintaining compliance.
Barista experience would be an advantage for establishments offering coffee services.
