About the Role




We're on the lookout for a trailblazing Assistant Manager with a proven track record in high-volume settings.


Your leadership, organisational skills and passion for hospitality will be key to maintaining standards and delivering operational objectives in this role.


This role takes charge of multiple units and concepts. If you're a dynamic communicator who loves being at the forefront with customers, this role is your stage.


Leading a team of 20, with a focus on floor and games operations, you'll collaborate with the General Manager and wider management team. From delivering third-party events to championing the venue, your role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, dynamic space for top-notch food and entertainment.


We are looking for someone with:


A proven track record within a fast-paced bar environment and is great with driving world-class guest experiences An all-star multitasker Superb relationship-building skills A passion for developing the team by facilitating training and giving constant feedback Someone self-motivated, looking to learn and grow with us Commercially minded and a knack for driving operational efficiencies. You will manage the performance of your team to deliver the highest standards and customer service in a busy environment, delivering operational excellence in everything you do. You will be a passionate people manager, analytical in your approach and calm under pressure. A team player, with a hands-on approach working towards a common goal.
