Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring high-quality service and food standards. This position requires a passion for food and delivering high standards of customer service, and is ideal for someone either with experience in leadership/management or looking to take on more management responsibilities.

What We Can Offer You

Starting salary of 13.50 per hour rising to 14 upon completion of training. 25 - 30 hours per week, can be condensed to 3 days or spread across 5, days on/off negotiable. Opportunity to gain a personal alcohol licence.

What you'll be doing

Provide high-quality customer service. Undertaking food preparation to a high standard, including learning how to fry. Training, supervising, and managing other staff members Help to foster a positive environment and encourage teamwork. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Lead by example. Strong communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team.
