Responsibilities

Assist the Restaurant Manager And Deputy Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and food quality. Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment. Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high culinary standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Help manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs. Train new staff on food safety practices and restaurant policies. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
