Position: Kennel Assistant Manager

Are you passionate about animal care and looking for a leadership role? Mayfield Kennels in Dunfermline is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kennel Assistant Manager to join our friendly team.

What You'll Do:

Support the day-to-day running of the kennels Supervise and motivate staff and volunteers Ensure all animals are fed, exercised, and cared for to the highest standards Maintain a clean and safe environment Monitor animal health and liaise with veterinary professionals as needed Provide training and support to team members Deliver exceptional service to pet owners and visitors

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in animal care or kennel management Strong leadership and organisational skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable Good communication skills Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays Physically fit and capable of handling animals and equipment
