We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the Leisure Industry, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all our customers & members. This role requires effective team management and the ability to coordinate services associated with poolside activities.
Responsibilities
Supervise pool staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and excellent customer service.
Manage daily operations of the pool area, including maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Handle customer & members inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies related to pool operations placing orders as necessary.
Organise events and activities at the pool to enhance customers & members experience .
Skills
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the swimming pool industry
Strong leadership abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with customers , members and staff alike.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
A passion for providing exceptional service in a leisure setting.
