Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, with a keen eye for great service, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with demonstrable leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. This role involves supporting the management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest service standards, and fostering a enjoyable environment for staff & customers.

Responsibilities

Running shifts, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards. Supervise FOH staff and coordinate service. Provide training and support to new team members. Create exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate with the management team to develop the offer. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and motivation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory/management role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Previous experience working in a wine focused establishment a bonus, but full training will be provided. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer care.

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
