Al Farid Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Duties

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the restaurant or establishment. Supervise and train staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Participate in food preparation and cooking as needed, demonstrating culinary expertise. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and special promotions that enhance guest experience. Support financial management by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Previous experience in kitchen environments or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service to guests. Pay: 13.20-14.00 per day
