As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Centre Manager, to provide productive management and leadership, with firm focus on the customers journey. Ideally you will have had previous hands-on experience as a mechanic as you will be dividing your time between the workshop, working alongside the technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service is provided. Utilize mechanical knowledge to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Train and support team members in delivering high-quality service and maintaining operational standards.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of technical systems Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Experience with cash handling and financial transactions Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 27,500.00-29,900.00 per year
