_Assistant Manager_

We are looking for the right AM that has the experience to help us grow our West Quay Kwackers Resturant unit and the brand, with opportunities to help us grow the business.

You must be organised & enthusiastic. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 year track record in management within branded chain restaurants, have a real passion for service, be an outstanding manager/motivator and have the ability to get the best out of their team.

Your duties will include:

Day to day running of the unit Exploring ways to develop your business to maximise sales Setting clear objectives to help you deliver your personal targets set by the General manager Ensuring your team recognise customer focus is the number 1 priority & that they deliver outstanding personal service in line with company best practice standards To ensure the necessary legislation (Fire, health & safety etc) is adhered to for your site Control & manage the costs for your restaurant Recruiting team Training & coaching new starters to ensure they meet the brand standards & achieve their potential Motivate, inspire & lead the team Stock taking and ordering Record and managing all HACCP
You must have experince in running a resturant floor and either bar experience or kitchen experience.

Schedule:

10 hour shift 12 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 44-48 Hours a week

Salary: 28,000.00-31,000.00 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-38,180.37 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
