The George Hotel stands dominantly within the heart of Frome and plays a key part in the town and local community.

As busy high street pub, we take pride in our customer service, cleanliness, home made food and the ability to adapt.

We boast 28 ensuite hotel rooms, a recent refurbishment of our bar and restaurants, a huge investment into our new sports bar 'The Granary' and it's very own outdoor courtyard.

We are on the lookout for a keen and reliable Assistant Manager with an attention to detail, a flare for customer service, an understanding of P&L and natural leadership skills who can come in and hit the ground running!

As Assistant Manager you will be part of the management team supporting the Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of the business in the Managers abscence, help maximise sales, lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and build your knowledge of finances, recruitment, compliance and company policies and procedures.
