Job Overview
We are seeking a
dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager (Full-time only)
to join our dynamic team at our new restaurant in
London Liverpool Street
.
The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 3 years' management experience
in hospitality, excellent leadership abilities, and a true passion for customer service. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
Lead, train, and inspire the service team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Supervise staff performance and assist with scheduling and training
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Manage inventory and assist with ordering and cost control
Collaborate with the kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service flow
Drive sales and team engagement through leadership and example

Requirements
Full-time availability is required
Minimum
3 years of management experience
in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive, hands-on attitude and team-oriented mindset
