Job Description
SKIP's is a stylish seafood bar & grill in the vibrant Southside of Glasgow, specialising in freshly prepared seafood & steaks.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager with experience in a similar restaurant or bar role. Someone capable of helping to manage & motivate a small, professional team, working well under pressure & setting an example. Role will involve cash handling & key holder responsibilities.
Cocktail experience is preferred.
There is an element of flexibility to the rota, but evening and weekend availability is essential.
Candidates must live in the area or have their own means of transport to and from work.
