Summary

As an Assistant Manager at Sexy Coffee in Glasgow City Centre, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of service and product quality while leading our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Assist the Cafe Manager in daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service. Supervise staff to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train new team members on cafe procedures and best practices. Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Support the creation of new menu items and promotional events.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and customers alike. Experience in food production or kitchen management is preferred but not required.
